I've heard numerous people say, "You all say the same thing. How can an ordinary person know who is telling the truth"?

I believe first and foremost, you must ask questions, and if you don't get the answers you want, or the answers that make sense, a red flag should go up. You also need to understand a little about essential oils, and this involves reading and learning. Essential oils may not be easy, but they certainly are worth it.
